The miserable reality of psychiatry does not fit into any theoretical order that serves only one's own desire for orientation.

The book is divided into three parts. In the third part, the reader encounters resistance. One must tear open the pages in order to continue reading. At this point, the central protagonist goes Irre (crazy). In the act of tearing, the reader leaves deep rips in the book. Another metaphor for the ambiguous title Irre (crazy), the tornness of the protagonist; the fear, despair, longing and anger.
